Student Council
Lea Manor has a Student Council made up of representatives from each tutor group across the school. Class representatives are elected at the start of each year. The Student Council meets regularly to discuss the Student Voice, which is then presented to the Senior Leadership Team to help develop the school.
So far, the Council has:
- Recorded whole-school improvements through the use of pupil surveys
- Made positive changes to the daily operations of the school
- Provided feedback that has helped improved the feeling of safety around the school
- Contributed to an increase in trips and events
